WCC was presented with the Ministry of Construction Award, in recognition of their outstanding efforts to coordinate ministry outreach on BGW job sites and help church clients impact the lives of workers with the love of Christ. An integral part of the BGW approach since its foundation, the Ministry of Construction program involves organized acts of hospitality, appreciation and kindness to the workers throughout the duration of a construction project.

A past recipient of this award, WCC consistently delivers construction projects at the lowest costs throughout the country while maintaining the highest quality. The award is named in honor of the late CEO of BGW, Steve Hartman, who was instrumental in bringing innovation and organizational structure to the BGW preconstruction stewardship process, one of the key programs that distinguishes BGW in the marketplace by incorporating valuable subcontractor input prior to the completion of construction drawings. It also leverages construction industry relationships and linkage within the ministry that can lead to significantly reduced costs.

David ranked among the top 3 in the nation in establishing new relationships with ministries. One construction trend that has seen increased interest in recent years is the use of pre-engineered metal buildings. The versatility, affordability, and speed of construction offered by these buildings make them an attractive option for many businesses and industries–and WCC can help. Our comprehensive design, construction, and project management services make us an excellent partner for pre-engineered metal building construction. Understanding Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings A pre-engineered metal building is constructed with a steel frame system and prefabricated parts, with the structure then assembled on-site. By using a standardized design and manufacturing process, pre-engineered metal buildings are much cheaper than traditional construction projects, and the work can be completed much quicker. Despite using a standardized construction process, these buildings actually offer good design flexibility to meet different functional needs and aesthetic preferences. And thanks to the use of durable, recycled steel, these buildings offer greater eco-friendliness, as well as resistance to fire, pests, and harsh weather conditions. WCC’s Expertise in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings At WCC, you can count on our team to provide comprehensive support for projects involving pre-engineered metal buildings. Our design and engineering services will ensure that your structure meets all applicable codes and requirements. Our project management services will oversee everything from site preparation to final completion, including precise on-site assembly of the pre-engineered building components. We can even customize pre-engineered buildings with various finishes, cladding options, and interior build-outs to ensure the final result matches your specific needs. Applications of Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings Pre-engineered metal buildings are used in a surprisingly broad variety of circumstances. They are no longer just used for industrial facilities like manufacturing plants, warehouses, and distribution centers. From retail stores and office buildings to barns and agricultural facilities, pre-engineered metal buildings are found in many settings. Increasingly, churches, schools, and community centers are using pre-engineered metal buildings to reduce costs and improve efficiency. With experience in each of these areas, WCC can help your project be a success. A pre-engineered metal building system may likely offer the best fit for your construction needs. Contact WCC today and we’ll help ensure that the final result is not just timely and cost-effective, but that it also meets your long-term functional needs.

As a leading provider of commercial construction services for financial institutions and banks, WCC’s work with local banks, credit unions, CPA firms, and investment companies helps financial institutions meet the needs of their clients. We’ll also help ensure that your space reflects your brand identity, creating a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing space for your customers.
